- Started backing up

Discussion about EncycloReader caching problem, hasn't solved yet

Larry asked if any page viewed in browser could be added to the encyclosphere (one-click)
Sergei: could people submit URL to a form?
Larry
- Should handle articles that are not free, would require submitter to confirm it's free, if not free, make metadata-only or reject
- Can we generalize based on what we've learned that enable script to "get it right in most cases?"
Sergei: yes if article isn't fancy
LaCroix led discussion about Larry's idea, what is an article, how to avoid spam
Larry: make the tool and we can work through problems

- Worked on wiki
- Took some training re. fundraising

Q4 newsletter ready to go
Larry: wants it to talk about wiki, so delaying it

- Fleshed out the wiki
- Added wiki to encyclosphere.org header menu
There is agreement that the wiki should reject anonymous edits just to make collaboration easier, tracing writing back to individual accounts
Manon update
- Led discussion about idea to expose encyclopedia articles in new ways
- Will add to wiki
- Also working on logos for wiki and for Sergei
Larry update
- Led demo of the wiki, how he set up the content structure for our project, e.g. new Proposals page
- Now has templates on wiki
- Has two interviews next week
