• Point new people to Personnel instead of doing introductions in mtgs, invite them to do their own
• Make better use of wiki for people to write what they've done, then use that as basis for weekly meeting agenda; whatever we can automate; Google Form to collect it?
• Once a month Up to speed meeting for newcomers
• That would free up Fridays to go deep into a topic

ZWIWeb has new options, make default easy to keep ZWI files small

Needs tool to clean up HTML file to reduce white space (all tags with no content and all extra newlines)
